CAREER :

Personal Assistant HIA Security VP 18th February 2018 to 25th October 2018 in HIA (Hamad International Airport).

Responsibilities :

Establish a weekly report.

Organise the agenda of VP and AVP Security.

Maintain all the records of agenda, data, communications and documentation.

Participate in collecting the data of the Bi-weekly meeting.

Prepare charts and compile reports as needed and ensure that all files are complete and properly maintained.

Perform administrative tasks based on set procedures, establish and maintain filing systems, categorize and maintain manuals, invoices, manage and co-ordinate travel needs and other source data.

Knowledge of Oracle software applications.
