Duties include the maintenance, operation and scheduling of a Nilpeter 6 color Flexo press and a CEI die cutter, both UV capable. I have worked extended hours, overtime and weekends upon request.

Flexo Press Operator, - 2016 – Present
Duties include the operation of narrow web presses - printing and converting of quality labels, sheets, tags and tickets through a flexographic printing press. All of these duties require the use of a computer, email and production software. Served as Team Lead Operator.
Kitting Team Leader, - 2015-2016
Coordination of most kitting department activities, including troubleshooting problems with items and their delivery to the presses according to schedule. Responsible for maintaining the inventory of both UV and water-based inks, and the batching, color-matching and mixing of non-stock colors and formulas and the supervision and training of all Kitting team members. Duties also included the shipment of dies out for retool and receipt of new and retooled dies. All of these duties required the use of a computer, email, a tablet and production software.

Duties included preparation and assistance to scheduling of all jobs for production on printing presses, and the supervision/training of alternate shift press assistants. Duties also included the operation of machine presses during the absence of other operators. From 1996-1999, also served as building Safety Coordinator, initiating programs and protocols to meet both state and federal codes.
Between the years of 2000 and 2008, left the printing industry to pursue other non-printing related opportunities.
