Pump Operations:

●Possess extensive experience in:

oOverhang end suction, vertical inline, bearing between horizontal multistage axial split and radial split, Inspection of Journal and thrust bearings, Setting the axial and radial cantering of Ratio, examining the bearing clearances and crush of journal bearings, setting the axial & radial float of rotor and assessing the run out of rotor at numerous places

oRenewal of mechanical seals and replacement of wear rings, hydro test of pumps to determine mechanical seal and casing leaks, inspecting the condition of rotating parts namely shaft, sleeve, impeller, oil deflectors, coupling and stationary parts such as casing stuffing box and distance pieces

oOverhauling of reciprocating pump such as gear pump, concentrate turbine pump, plunger pump, diaphragm metering pump and air operated pumps

Compressor Operations:

Centrifugal Compressors:

●Exposure in working on:

oOverhauling of multi stage GE BCL (HP-3stage) centrifugal compressor dismantled of compressor bundle, labyrinth seal, dry gas seals, inspection of thrust / journal bearings with direct and pressurized lubrication system, positioning of rotor assembly and accurate installation of gas seals or oil film seals

oRespecting the radial & min. axial clearance between impellers and diaphragm and delivery dimensions of volute

●Rich knowledge on centrifugal compressors of make Dresser Clark and Nuova Pignone

Reciprocating compressors:

oIngersoll-Rand, Kirloskar for substituting piston rings, guide rings, rod packing and adjustment of TDC and BDC, replacing main bearings and big end & small end bearings, refurbishment of suction and discharge valve & Renew of cylinder liner

oExamining and adjusting the cross-head shoe clearances

oTrouble shooting of long interval between load and unload, low lube oil pressure, PSV, cooling water and oil pump fault, inter cooler and after cooler leakage

Turbine Operations

Gas Turbine:
