Glanding and termination inspection of instrument cables from junction Box to marshaling cabinets.

Monitoring QA/QC Assistants and Field Technicians Performance.

Responsible for inspection and review all Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) reports of all packaged units including Process control system, Integrated process control system, machinery protective system and safety instrument system etc.

Reviewing and Approval of Material submittal as per Project approved manufacturer list,vendor list and Supplier list.

Verifying QA/QC Documents and P & ID drawings.

Reviewing and Approval of third party testing Procedure as per Project requirement and NETA.

Report to QA/QC Manager on the day to day basis. As per project QA/QC plan.

Coordinate with Client representatives regarding the implementation and Quality of works

Initiating Proactive Notifications to avoid future complications or violations

Initiating Internal NCR’s for all non-Conformances in the project,as per Schedule –Q

Prepare “inspection & test plan” (ITP) for specific project / company requirements

Prepare all necessary QA / QC instrumentation documents (Dossier) and handed over to clients review.

Maintain standards of safety and comply with Company’s Health, Safety and Environment Management System requirements
