SPONGE IRON

During my tenure with sponge iron units, I have had the exposure to erection, commissioning and maintenance of plant and mechanical equipment such as Rotary Kiln, Rotary Cooler, Belt conveyors, Vibrating screens, Magnetic separators, Vibrating Feeders, Weighing system (weight feeder), De-dusting system (Bag Filter), Various types of Hydraulic & Pneumatic system etc.

Presently working as a Project and Maintenance In charge, in HITACHI ZOSEN INDIA PVT, LTD. HO-Hyderabad, New technology setup 11.5 MW Waste Energy Power Plant, at Jabalpur.MP. working from : 2015 continued.

Ispat Industries Ltd,Dolvi, Plant, Dist.Raigargh.MS. large integrated steel plant,250 ton x,3, EAF & 2x250 ton LF, worked as Project & Maintenance Manager, from :2004 to 2006.and looking Sinter plant project complete on time and Coal Injection Plant all the fabrication & Erection under our supervision, Utility plant modification & Maintenance piping and pumps. Caster equipment’s, Ladle Car Rail Track alignment, DRI Conveyors maintenance, Rolling Mill Tunnel furnace, Repairing of BF-taping area, Cold blast pipelines, Skip car Structural fabrication & erection,Plate patch work.with refractory work inspection.

Sunil Hi-tech Engineering Ltd. Project is RGTPS,600MW. Reliance Energy Ltd, Barwala,Haryana.ther completed 8000 ton, TG, Buildup Beam Fabrication & Erection completed on time. From:2007 to 2008.

ISGEC JhonThompson:various project in India worked as Sr. Project Manager, from 2008 to 2013, 190/tph to 425/tph Boiler Erection and Fabrication with Commissioning of CFBC,AFBC, Coal and Bagass base like Biomass Power plant Boilers also Erection.& Commissioning.
