- To prepare initial budget report for project.
- To create Project in SAP (PS Module) and define Budget and cost plan.
- Preparation / Verification of BOQ/BOM
- Sub-contracting: Preparation of SOW, Comparison, study and apply contractual clause like PGB, ABG, Warranty, Retention, LD etc, and other support for preparation of Service order using SAP MM Module.
- Review invoices related to Service order and create SES (Direct entry ML81N or RA Bill process zmm_rabill)
- Prepare monthly Project Cost Reports and monitor cost variance, forecasts, cost at completion, profit margin etc.
- Prepare Bi-monthly Cash flow report.
- Preparation of Client invoices in SAP using SD Module.
- Preparation of Change Orders.
R e s p o n s i b i l i t i e s a s E s t i m a t o r :
- Review the tender documents including scope of work (SOW), key contract dates, design requirements etc.
- To take part in the Site visit/pre-bid meeting.
- To prepare Technical Queries and to follow-up with the client.
- To send RFQ, conducting technical clarification and to analyse the prices for the material/services with vendors /subcontractors.
- Develop and verify MTOs, equipment and bulk quantities against P&IDs and drawings.
- Preparation of estimation (Manpower, material, equipment, civil, fabrication etc.) based on type of contract, SOW, technical spec. etc.
- To prepare/arrange required documents for bid submission.
- Prepare and submit Technical and commercial bid, follow-up until finalization.

- Assisting Project Engineer to mobilize manpower and construction materials to site as per project schedule.
- Preparation/arrangement of relevant documents for the permit like eMOC, Method of statement, lifting plan, pipe drawings, MSDS, Excavation certificate, confined space certificate, etc.

- EPC for Replacement of Fresh Water Exchangers in QG2 – LTC
/C/VEN/2615/16: EPC project to carry out the replacement of nine Fresh cooling water exchangers in QG2 Train 5 during Shutdown. PROJECTS IN QATAR GAS SOUTH (RASGAS), Qatar
- PCI for multidiscipline facilitating works for train-1&2 Analyzer system replacement: PCI project to demolish the existing analyser house in Train 1 & 2, installation testing & commissioning of new Analyzer house, associated electrical/instrumentation/F&G system, civil and mechanical piping activities.
- AKIS Upgrade Project in Compliance with QCDD Requirements Phase I & II: PCI project to carry out installation or modification of AKIS/AKMC facilities to meet the QCDD requirement, which includes Installation of new pump houses, installation/modification of HVAC system (installation of Fire Dampers, Ventilation systems, ducting system etc.), installation/modification of F&G system (Detectors, panels, Auto-diallers etc.)
- Partial replacement of common Train 6&7 off-gas (phase 4) piping: PCI project to remove 18” common off-gas after cooler outlet SS pipe in Train 6 & 7, which is effected from Chloride stress corrosion cracking (CLSCC), and replace with Incoloy 825 material.
- LP Steam 48” header tie-in job during shutdown – RGCP 691: To tie in 48” LP steam new line with the existing pipe line during train 6 & 7 shutdown.
- Removal of Girth flange of SRU reaction furnace (169-F001) - AKG-2 SHUTDOWN JOB: To cut and remove the Girth flange on the SRU reaction furnace (169-F001) and to weld with new 30mm thickness shell plate.
