I have more than 17 years of experience in General Commercial Construction, including 5 years as a Superintendent, 3 years as General Superintendent and 9 years as Project Manager, with full P&L responsibilities. I’ve increased efficiency in each situation and completed 93% of jobs within budget and before allotted timeframes. Besides the typical skill set, I’m well versed in light gage metal Engineering Principles and have significant skill working with Panelized Walls, Trusses, Commercial Roofs and Parapets.
