• Using WMS (warehouse management system ) and Navision & SAP System for all transaction made
• Responsible for Receiving Raw Materials and Packing Materials from supplier
• Coordinate production for issuing Raw and Packing

• Update and coordinate purchase orders in system and purchase department

Working as warehouse supervisor:
• make regular warehouse reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• Work together with the Logistics, Sales, and Communication with sales team for optimization and regular replenishments and ensuring all sales items to market in good condition.
• Taking the views of customers in the quality of products and provide better services to them.
• Work and cooperation with the team to increase sales, leading to increased profits and progress of the company.
• Provide immediate and urgent support to resolve all customer problems which would lead to customer satisfaction and confidence in our company.
