§ Supervise 3 Associate Directors and 13 project managers in South Texas to include Houston, Austin and San Antonio. Direct all PM assignments to events ranging from $50,000 to $500,000 and monitor the PM success on site. Responsible for all financials of the events with a goal of 40 percent net profit. This goal was achieved 91 percent of the time in 2019. Directly responsible for the overall execution of all events in the region whether venue based or offsite.
§ Direct my team for a total Guest Satisfaction Survey (GSS) of 9.7 out of 10 on all PM driven events. These GSS reviews are based upon success with a client from sales phase through finished event.
§ Key player in our regional leadership responsible for a $7 million-dollar regional Net Profit. Quarterly reports due to support the profits of the region as it pertains to project manager driven events.
§ Instructor for Global Learning division of PSAV. Highest instructor review scores in 2018 at 100 percent positive reviews from all students.

§ Project Manager for over 25 shows a year within the San Antonio and surrounding area. Executed shows of $10,000 to $100,000 with flawless execution.
§ Performed duty of head video engineer while also playing the role of project manager. I was able to wear multiple hats within a single project and provide the customer with their vision all while performing multiple roles.

Public Information Officer, 1995-1998
§ Integral to the design and installation of the projection systems, City Council Chambers digital electronics, a production facility for all Council meetings and the post production edit facility to produce content and programming on the City channel.
§ Spent years shooting video and editing projects. I would work closely with the script writer to bring their ideas to life. My duties would include capturing all field video material and conducting interviews within the city structure. Lastly, I would spend post production time editing all footage and supplying all background music, transitions and character generation. These tended to be half hour segment on the local City and cable channels. EDUCATION
