●Report orange headcount reports to the top management
●Handle all types of leaves ( Emergency & Sick & Annual Leaves)
●Handle timesheet for the outsourced agents and provide them needed HR letter and clearence.
●Provide the monthly call center schedule based on the monthly forecast of calls.
●Perform regular follow up on call center specialists punctuality including login, logout, breaks and attendance to ensure adherence to schedule and provide feedback to supervisors for corrective actions.
●Handle the daily required adjustments on the configuration manager to ensure maximum occupancy while delivering the set KPIs.
●Preform schedules for training sessions, public holidays, and team buildings.
●Schedule one-on-one meetings, team meetings and focus groups in off-peak hours as to not affect service level and lost call rate.
●Report daily employees on sickness and emergency leaves.
●Report shortage in call center staff and reschedule time to be compensated in coordination with direct manager.
●Provide accurate and timely feedback of contact center daily performance to all levels of management.
●Report major system failures to IT department and facilitate communication to minimize the down time.
