Coordinates with the Asset Management Unit the receiving/inspection of new equipments.

Installs and maintains air conditioners, site perimeter lights as well as offices and accommodation electrification in compliance with standards.

Maintains records relating to inventories, work orders and general correspondence.

Liaises between the sections and to ensure efficient and effective communication and coordination on material stock issues.

Maintains the spares and other electrical equipment are made available whenever required from the stock that are planned for and purchased in advance.

Alerts the Supervisor of Unit of unusual occurrence and/or damage that have taken place or are likely to occur. Ensures all the work done with safety and quality.

Monitor the work progress to be matched with the project milestones.

Performs other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
