Responsible for design & development of adjustable pedal box & braking system of FSAE car using CATA V5, ANSYS Workbench and MATLAB and manufacturing them using various machining techniques.

Testing and validation of the braking system during practice runs. Helped the team in manufacturing several parts of the car. Prepared Detailed and Costed Bill of Materials, part drawings, Cost Explanation Report and reports that highlight the team’s manufacturing and production planning and management for the Cost and Manufacturing Event of the competitions.

Evaluate surface integrity properties of machined Nickel Super alloys by performing drilling of various levels and developed an optimized set of drilling parameters that minimizes tool wear and give better quality machined parts.
