a)Leading Real Estate Developer: Working with M/s. A D P Ltd. as CEO. The company is into construction of Residential Gated communities suitable to upper middle and high class segments and catering to Local, National & International customers. Responsibilities include working from concept to completion, Review and preparation of business plan for MD with inputs from Business unit/Functional heads. Resource management, effective service delivery and P & L of the business. Guiding & providing industry insights to the functional heads on New trends/opportunities/business potential and Marketing strategies. Driving Organizational change.
The KRA's include Anchoring all operational activities in accordance with company policies and objectives established by the senior management. Taking the company to the next level. Heading sales & marketing, purchase, Human Resource, operations,, Administration etc. To work and achieve budgeted results. ACHIEVEMENTS: Was instrumental in reviving a 5years sick project & had turn- around the project to the normal condition by formulating appropriate strategies. Was instrumental in getting the project equity funding to the tune of 200Crores. Generated sales of 400+ flats. From zero collections raised the bar of collections @12.50 crores per month.The construction of the project and delivery of flats commenced. Also, rebuilt the customer confidence & retained them to stay back in the project apart from adding continuously the New customers.
b) M/s. HRR India Pvt. Ltd: Worked as Business Head Dealing in Residential Apartments / Independent Houses, Gated Community’s, Commercial / Office complexes, IT parks, Shopping Malls, Retail space / Show Rooms, Guest Houses, Serviced apartments, Godown space, Town-ships, Residential / Commercial Plots, JV’s / Development deals, Lands etc.
The KRA’s include Having through knowledge of REAL ESTATE MARKET, Business Development, Representing Buyers / Sellers & Owners /Tenants, Liasioning with Land Owners & Government Authorities, Identifying / Sourcing of properties to suit client needs, Sale / Tenancy of properties, Participate in Negotiations of Sale / Lease terms, Administration, Guiding for Housing Finance & Legal needs, valuations, Advising clients on the Market trends, Interaction & coordination with Head office & inter Branches, To Recruit, Train, lead and motivate Realtors and Sr. Realtors etc.
ACHIEVEMENTS: Was instrumental in establishing this division including Recruitment, Training, Designing the strategies to maximize the Revenue generation and built a good client base. Have closed one of the highest residential transaction of the company and was topping all India positions continuously for a period of 5years both in activity and earnings.
c) M/s. G E A P Ltd:. Worked as Head (Sales & Marketing). The company is into construction of High End Apartments, Luxury Villas, Life Style Shopping Malls, Commercial, Office complexes, Real Estate Trading, and Integrated Townships catering to both Domestic & International Customers.
ACHIEVEMENTS : Being a startup company Designed and implemented the sales/ marketing policies and procedures to maximize the revenues. Was instrumental in getting project funding loan from State Bank of India in two phases. Was instrumental in cost control & launching the New project and improved the cash flows .
ACHIEVEMENTS: At M/s. Birla Group of Company’s - Got the highest sales figures and broke the last 35years sales record. Designed and Established Service centers to resolve any technical issues within 24 hours to 72 Hours across the country. Was instrumental in establishing the Channel distribution at PAN India Level. Worked out various strategies to improve the cash inflow and set a benchmark at country level.
