Plan process at supplier’s end and to prepare PFC (process flow chart) and Control plan.

Develop the part with right time and with right quality.

Ensure right fixture, gauges and tooling planned for the development.

Implementation and monitoring the projects and time line as assigned.

Coordinating and working with the project team for timely completion of the projects under development.

Direct communicate with customer as well as supplier regarding the project.

Compare & manage the received CAD data & communicate to customer for any change.

To Ensure the Safety at Work place.

Co Ordination with Concern departments for effective planning & follow up of Material as per Requirement.

Preparing, controlling & releasing BOM for customer received data.

Keep track of all the engineering changes (internal / customer).

Support business manager to prepare quote.

Also implementation of Engineering Change activity of all Production parts.

Awareness in SAP system which is effective in material transition.
