F-Review and recommending different paths of Borouge2 Control Room constructability scope for Tie-Ins with Borouge1 Control Room, Tie-Ins including DCS migrations scope were made AHEAD of Schedule with certificate of honor to my name from owners (ADNOC)

G-Borouge2 Site Coordinator(FEED phase), leading and managing all technical interfaces between (FW-PMC) / Project Management Team (PMT) & Ruwais Site, FEED was running at PMC home office in London (Shinfield Park – Reading – Berkshire).

H-Review, Recommend and advising Borouge3 EPC (Hunyadi) to update and modify constructability plan of Borouge3 220 KV- FOUR Power feeder ), recovery plan could achieve ON-TIME Energisation plan of Borouge3 220KV substations per project’s MASTER SCHEDULE catering power to 25 substations of Borouge3 NEW complex.

I-Studying, reviewing, advising and approving the Concession Request (CR) and its relevant Negative Change Trend Notice (Negative -CTN) of Borouge3 220KV cable of main power feeder (XLPE X Armored 2500mm2 X 5500 mtr.) this action could SAVE Borouge3 project’s master plan of commissioning 220KV power on 15/7/2012, further, an additional negative CTN of $3M pay back to project’s budget was raised by PMT/PMC.

Detailed Work Experience

1-MIDOR Refinery –E&I Technical Support - Manager.

Managing E&I team of (57 people) at MIDOR, assisting, coordinating, follow-up, monitoring and feedback Site Manger SM & Project Manager PM all activities of MIDOR site disciplines & teams (including HSE, Planning, Document Control, Work Shop, Electrical, Instrument, Rotating, Static, Heavy Lifting, Scaffolding, Procurements, HR & Administrations ), the site activities includes but not limited to (DAY TO DAY routine, Corrective Maintenance, FORCED SHUT DOWN, partial controlled SHUT DOWN and long term planned SHUT DOWN and interfaces with MIDOR NEW Expansions .

2-ADNOC (BOROUGE-Polymers) –Senior Superintendent .

The complex considered as one of ADNOC’s largest petrochemical plants in GCC, Borouge is a joint venture polymer project between ADNOC and BOREALIS, the investment amount currently exceeding $20B for Boroug1, Borouge2 & Borouge3.

Engineer).Project was successfully commissioned and started up ON TIME within approved budget.

4-SAUDI FRANCE HYDROCARBONS REFINERY (SAFRA CO): - (9/4/1990 to 8/8/1996)

SAFRA petrochemical complex (Saudi France Refinery) is JV project between ARAMCO / TOTAL and Saudi private sector,the complex located in YANBU- KSA, SAFRA is leading producer and distributor of (150K MT/yr.) of petrochemicals solvents like( Xylene, Toluene, C9,WSO, …etc.) .

Worked in the sole capacity of Refinery Senior Electrical &Telecomm. Engineer during Engineering, Pre-commissioning, Commissioning, Startups, Tests Run, Maintenances and SHUT DOWN of the refinery .

5-Egyptian Petrochemicals Co. (EPTCO):

The Egyptian Petrochemicals Complex (EPTCO) is located at Alexandria – Egypt
