Interned at the training and development department, where the main duties included creating power point presentations for training purposes. I have also learned how to work with adobe captivate software which was used to create eLearning content. With the use of captivate the Medical information that was used to train new employees was found in the form of electronic questionnaire’s that I was assigned to create, in order to achieve time management.

MASTERS THESIS

My masters thesis was developing a business proposal that encourages a service improvement in healthcare. Therefore, the proposed service improvement was to manage the mental health burden that was experienced by the healthcare workers in Jordan during the COVID-19 pandemic. Management tools and leadership theories were introduced along with the utilization of effective time management to devise a strategic plan for the business report.
