Duties & Responsibilities

Inspection and execution of Scaffolding jobs.

Conducting of risk assessment for all scaffold work activities.

Organizing, Implementing and monitoring various scaffold systems independently, selection and indent of scaffolding materials and its accessories.

Co-ordination with client and consultants on scaffolding related matters. Also responsible to allocate work / responsibility to assigned subordinates staff and maintain various scaffold records, monthly reports, site documentation’s attending of meeting with our staff, subcontractors, consultants and client.

Training and monitoring III party certification of workmen and staff as per law applicable by local authorities.

Preparation of schedules & stock of material. Expediting for material with management & material control.

Distribution of job to foreman’s for respective areas.

Inspection of performed work. Modification and rectifying the errors if any.

Inspect the job location as per client request.

Conduct pre job start briefing to all the scaffolding technicians at the job site and also explain all the hazard identifications in the job site and preventive measures recommended as per the safe work permit.

Explain to the work force emergency response procedures, safety shelter, assembly point, emergency alarm plan and safety shower and break glass location.

Issues tools and safety equipment’s as per the nature of the job requirements.

Coordinate with safety departments to arrange PPE to the Scaffold.

Continuous monitoring in the jobsite while erection, dismantling and storing materials etc.

After completion of the job thoroughly inspect by the scaffolding supervisor or scaffolding safety inspector and arrange Green Tag.

Handover the scaffolding to the client after close the work permit and make proper housekeeping.

Conduct periodical inspection and maintenance to all the scaffolding materials and ladders.

Assists for calculation of billing from clients.

Conduct toolbox meeting every day morning.

Conduct routine Inspections at job site.

Implement all the safety rules and regulations and eliminate all the safety deficiencies at job site immediately.

Co-ordinate with safety department to inspect all the safety equipment’s and recommended immediately to Project Manager for Procurement in case any damage as per the recommendations of the safety department.

Submit daily report, weekly report and monthly reports periodically.
