I am Pranay Kaparwan, an engineering graduate, and a post graduate in Masters of Business Administration in Human Resources (MBA-HR) from the prestigious University Business School
(UBS), Panjab University, Chandigarh. Before pursuing my Masters, I gained experience in the IT industry to have a better value addition during MBA. 1. I am currently rendering my services to EdCIL (India) Limited, a Mini-Ratna CPSE under the aegis of Ministry of HRD, at Noida. I am working as an Assistant Manager (HR & Administration) since December, 2017. I am into various HR activities, partaking in a generalist role. My responsibilities as an Associate Manager (HR) were of an HR Generalist where I contributed to different paradigms of HR Domain like Recruitments, Event Management, Campus Placements, Business Analytics, Performance Management, Compliance Training and General Administration. 4. Prior to my MBA, I was campus placed in HCL, and served it for two years immediately after my Engineering.
