A little about me

Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic I am going back to what I love- Customer Service and Sales. I believe in first call resolution with customers. No one wants to be pushed to different cues for help, so I feel that it is my job to learn billing, technical, sales & everything I can about my company to make sure their call with me is an enjoyable one.
