Knowledge of design and construction management on buildings and civil infrastructure projects including utility interface and coordination management.
Fully aware of Principles of Measurement (International) For Works of Construction Edition June 1979
Excellent client liaison and people management skills with good negotiating skills.
Develop and implement the operational plan(s) in line with the company strategy as directed by the MD.

Tracking claims and monitoring progress through the claims resolution process.
Analyzing claims and identifying merit/validity, if any.
Proactive actions to minimize the disputes and early settlement of aroused conflicts.
