OCULUS VR / FACEBOOK REALITY LABS SAUSALITO, CA AUG 2016 – OCT 2019 Program Manager

Designed and introduced key programs for the creative team experiences and integrated technical projects to introduce structure and efficient workflow for the latest AR / VR virtual human technology. Spearheaded the creative team’s AR / VR projects from end-to-end with work presented at 7 conferences, such as Facebook’s Conference F8, guaranteeing all projects were completed on time and under budget while exceeding expectations Built strong relationships with internal stakeholders, artists, engineers, scientists, vendors, legal, finance, and 50+ cross-functional global teams to ensure projects followed team mission and met deadlines. Produced complex motion capture shoots for 2 state-of-the-art motion capture stages, sourced talent, and recorded sessions to execute optimal virtual reality experiences. Drove all facets of daily operations by maximizing productivity, collaboration, and quality assurance for 100+ projects.
