JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
•Estimate food consumption, place orders with suppliers, and schedule delivery of fresh food and beverages.
•Resolve customer complaints about food quality or service.
•Direct cleaning of kitchen and cafeteria areas to maintain sanitation standards, and keep appropriate records.
