Have a crosscutting role on all operations in the country; The person will be in charge of advising and coordinating all safety decisions made by the Country Director (DP);

Have constant relationships to share and exchange security information with locals such as government, NGOs, UN, partners, security platforms, communities;

Advises and assists under the responsibility of the DP the Country Director for the implementation of the strategy and the tools of security management and the team to manage incidents and crises. For security management to be consistent with Oxfam's policy, protocol and security approach;

Supports senior executives in all aspects of major service contracts;

Assumes responsibility for the management of guard forces; Monitors and evaluates the physical security measures of the office and conducts security investigations on facilities and facilities; implements security arrangements;
