Summary: The study focused on assessment of prescription and medication compliance in patients with acid peptic disorder. As its seen acid related disorders influence the quality of life and productivity of affected patient, which are common and important cause of morbidity and mortality. This lead to an objective to identify risk factor, to evaluate drug usage pattern in acid peptic disease patients, In result it was seen 67% patients were in high risk, 15 and 18% patients with medium and low risk factor among 100 patients.
