• Liaise with General Manager / Project Co-ordinator regarding funding claims and paperwork requirements.

• Prepare, submit and record funding claims for all programmes to Office Co-ordinator.

• Ensure all relevant supporting paperwork relating to programmes is produced and stored appropriately.

• Process Petty Cash and Postage payments, as required.

• Preparation of reports for all aspects of programme related operations.

• Preparation of weekly, monthly and annual statistics.

• Prepare documentation for funding body monitoring / audit visits.

• Assist with the monitoring and updating of procedures relating to above duties.

• Work in line with all Health & Safety Regulations
