Conducting Monthly Physical Inventory Count on Class A, Annual Inventory Count on Class B (Unrepaired items – RTV from dealers),Reclassified items (repaired goods with discounted price depending to product condition) and also on company’s associates C & C Sparkling Drinks which will be uploaded on NAV software at head office.

Reclassified repaired appliances by giving different kinds of classification such as A – no discount, B – 30% discount, C – 50% discount and etc. depending on physical appearances of each item.

Monitors 1,260 SKU in New warehouse, Old warehouse together with reclassified items, which also include new, phase-out appliances and sparkling drinks.

Encoding receiving report, delivery receipt, pull-out receipt and inter stock transfers such as transfer of items from Class A warehouse to Class B warehouse and vice versa and transfer of Class A items to reclassified inventory.

Generate Class A inventory and Reclassified inventory in a daily basis through manual data entry in Microsoft excel which will be used by Sales department, thus they will transmitted the said data to our dealers such as SACI, SVI, SANFORD, SSM, Robinsons Appliance, Western Marketing, Royal Star and etc.

Conducts daily cycle count on items especially on items which are classified as fast moving models.

Prepares obsolete inventory, wherein these items are classified as slow moving or no movements at all, to be easily identify which items will be discounted in the market as it consumes more spacing than fast moving models.
