Inventory Management:

• Identifying distressed inventory and preparing reports like KPI for Equipment Turns and outlining source of excess.

• Managing and accessing inventory plans, keeping in mind business-maximize suggestions and recaps.

• Balancing supply according to changing demand for upcoming requirements.

• Handling Safety Stock Calculation for Engine and Genset Business Unit. Create weekly replenishment strategies and manage allocations to that target.

• Manage and calculate Provision for Genset, Engine and other Inventory on a monthly basis to record a present liability of the entity Sales and Operation Planning.

• Do Sales and Operations planning to ensure that customer demand can be met by the production, distribution and purchasing as per schedule also Review delivery orders to ensure supply is met, taking availability, cost, manufacturing process, and lead times into consideration.

• Managing Weekly Score Card for Suppliers for both Genset and Engine Business to keep a track on the on-time deliveries.

• Communicates with Logistics Team to give updates of all incoming products that are allocated to customers (outside UAE) and Handling Monthly Tracker for the collection of Orders from Plant.

• Weekly do Supplier order board analysis and participate in cross stream projects and problem solving focused on root causing supply issues and implement improvement plans to prevent them reoccurring.

• Able to do Material projection and planning using Sales Forecast and Demand Planning. Forecasting, replenishment planning, and inventory optimization for Genset and Engine

Procurement:

• Purchase and procurement of Genset, Engine and other accessories from third Party vendor.

• Coordinate with suppliers to resolve missed deliveries, short shipments or any quality issue.

• Keeping a complete record of all orders including all other documents related to incoming products, individual folders for Purchasing Department's future reference.

• Generates Purchase Order in the system after approval of Purchase Requisition Form by the Sales and Management as per compliance requirement. Shipping Co-ordination:

• Communicates with suppliers regarding shipment schedule/movement and keeps Sales and Logistics well informed of the status.

• Monitor and assists when necessary to co-ordinate deliveries of the shipment with suppliers for local, import or direct.
