MY RESPONSIBILITY

Fly Ash Handling:

• Operation and maintenance of Fly ash handling system & connected vacuum Pumps, Reciprocating compressors and Screw compressors. Evacuating entire Fly ash from ESP hoppers and transporting to the respective silos by operating PLC system.

• Unloading to the same in to bulkers/ closed tankers in dry form for the use in cement plant and unloading the fly ash in wet condition by hydro dust conditioners.

• There are 50 person supervised by myself for the effection O&M of fly ash handling system. Cooling Towers:

• Cooling water Treatment of Main cooling Tower and Cogen Cooling Tower.

• Maintaining PH by dosing Sulphuric acid and Handling the sulphuric acid handling system.

• Dosing chemicals (supplied by ElofHanssion) to maintain circulating water parameters.

• Maintains TDS & COC in the circulating water by giving blow down as per the requirement. SKILLS
