Carry out maintenance work for (High voltage, medium voltage and Low voltage) circuit breakers and switch gear of the type (Alstom, ABB, Schneider, ASEA, Merlin gerin, AL Ahleia, AL Nisf, ..).

Carry out protection relay testing for (generators, circuit breakers, bus bars, feeders, transmission lines) using different testing equipment’s such as (Omicron 256, PTR, Sverker, Omicron CPC, Omicron CT analyzer, Programa, CBT, ….) .

Performing routine maintenance and trouble shooting for Diesel generators such as

( Turbomach, Caterpillar, Duetz, Cummins, Perkins )

Carry out programing, trouble shooting and maintenance for PLC devices such as Siemens S5, Hitachi and general modules.

Carry out routine maintenance and trouble shooting for machine drives, starters (DOL, star delta, Autotransformer and electronic), inverters and rectifiers.

Lead/Supervise and support electrical post graduated Engineers/Technicians team.

Prepare for the annual ISO 14001, ISO 9001 internal/external Auditing for Electrical section in order to keep the section all the time confirming with the IMS (Integrated Management System).

Provide the required reporting inputs to Management with respect to work progress.

Manages the spare parts stock in order to be sure that electrical stock is healthy.

Issue the required purchasing requisitions (PR) for the spare parts taking into account the exact specs or the improvement if required.

Analysis of the offers received from the suppliers and selection of the best one based on the best price/quality.

Issue the required working instruction/procedure for the preventive/routine tasks.

Follow the plant policy and procedures in order to achieve the company targets. Follow the risk assessment when issuing work permits
