Responsibilities:
oPerforms precision Assembly and Test operations for Airbus A350-900 and A350-1000 Geared Rotary Actuator.
oPerforms precision Assembly and Test operations for Boeing 787 and 777 Aircrafts High Lift System Actuators
Trailing Edge Actuators: 787 Geared Rotary Actuators, Power Drive Unit, Variable Camber Trim Unit, Angle Gearboxes.
Leading Edge Actuators: 787 Inboard, Outboard, Offset Gearboxes, SLAT Assembly.
Gulfstream Ballscrew Flap Actuators.

oInstall hydraulic hoses on hydraulic motor during testing of actuators.
oSpecial Skills performed: Soldering (J-STD), Crimping, Lee Plugging, Hydraulic Insert Installation, Spray Painting, Metal Polishing, Sand Blasting, Soda Blasting, Sealant Application, Basic Welding and use of Overhead Crane and Lifting Equipment.
oWorks from assembly drawings, blueprints, worksheets/instructions, parts list, test specifications, and other instructions both written and oral.
oUtilizes a variety of mechanical measuring equipment such as torque wrenches, dial indicators, calipers, precision micrometers, depth micrometers, height gauge, power tools, filler gauge and pneumatic drivers to obtain proper build requirement.
oSets-up Test Rig mechanical fixtures and interface for different models to test.
oTest actuators and rework failed units to achieve test parameter requirement.
oWorks with Product Engineering in diagnosing necessary rework on units that failed testing.
oSuggest useful changes in operation instructions for process improvement.
oCleans components at required cleanliness level.
