Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
Manage online and phone reservations
Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data
Register guests collecting necessary information (like contact details and exact dates of their stay)
Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms
Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities
Respond to clients’ complaints in a timely and professional manner
Liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and fully-furnished to accommodate guests’ needs

Welcoming and orientation of the guests to all our facilities
Ensuring the safety of the guests as they use swimming pool and other facilities.
Assisting those guests that’s requires first Aid or with health and safety conditions.
Assisting the kids play area.
Issuing the towels, lockers and other supplies as requested by guests.
Ensuring our health and safety instructions and rules are adhered to by all guests.
Taking of inventory of supplies and reporting any damages or maintenance issues.
Assisting the guests on gym equipment and also with sauna and steam room to new user.
Ensuring the cleanness of the pool and spa.
Reporting any lost and found to the relative department.
