● Helped to build this start-up from the ground up; employee number 50 when I started and when I left we were at around 400 total employees.

● Lead and mentored a team of 3 recruiters by conducting training on LinkedIn, our ATS, phone screens/interviews, scheduling, offer letter creation and verbal offers/pitching Zumper. Hosted weekly recruiting meetings to keep the team aligned and to distribute our workload accordingly, while simultaneously running a full cycle recruiting desk of my own.

● Partnered to hire for the Business Ops, Client Success, Design, Engineering, Finance, Growth & Marketing, HR and Sales departments. Worked with eclectic managers all across the country in our 8-offices and filled roles in our 25+ remote regions.

● Initiated Zumper’s acquisition of “Now Renting” by utilizing my LinkedIn network and garnering the attention of C-Level about a great business opportunity.

● Attended career fairs, recruiting events such as “Reactathon” and organized internal “Tech Talks” and social events to recruit at Zumper’s offices.

● Key part of the Zumper culture by being on the board of the Culture Committee and volunteering for Miracle Messages and Glide Memorial Church.
