During new contract recompete, I update solicitation documentation, to include the SOW, PWS, Market Research; gathering information for bidder's libraries, schedules milestones to create/update the CAST Master Project Schedule. 08/2015 to 09/28/2018, Employed as the Senior IT Project Manager, Systems Analyst, Cybersecurity Manager, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Huntsville, AL, working with the Tri- Service Automated Cost Engineering System (TRACES) Program Management office. In that position, I managed multiple IT related projects, tasks and assignments for a cost estimating web portal with ten applications (6 databases and 4 web applications). I led the project administration and security design of several Windows architectures, web and database maintenance platforms with a total of ten separate environments in a move to a DoD/Gov/FEDRAMP approved cloud source. I managed change management and develop processes for Weapon System applications that tracked processes and procedures to end. I was the facilitator of the AOC’s Configuration Change Board for WS maintenance status of ECNs, ECRs and variances, representing the AOC at wing level meetings, conferences, workshops and other events.
