Delher - Stove Manufacturing Plant: Student Industrial Engineer (intern) January 2020 - June 2020
Project Topic: Optimize the manufacturing processes for the Goliath stove built at Delher.
●Generated a time vs movement study and found unnecessary movements of operators that delay production, increase occupational risk and material waste.
●Applied Microsoft Office tools such as PowerPoint and Word to present reports and findings to project management.
●Utilized Excel to generate bimanual diagrams to conduct manufacturing analytics on the production process of their main product.
●Analyzed the production capacity of the manufacturing plant based on the production time, sources and manpower.
●Implemented an optimized set of Lean manufacturing tools based on my analysis and knowledge learned during the degree.
●Developed a business pitch to upper management to demonstrate my findings and propose my optimization strategy to minimize waste and optimize resources.
●Coordinated Lean manufacturing strategies such as Five S, Total Productive Maintenance, Kanban, and employee trainings to optimize the manufacturing process of their main product.
Mikel s - Tools Production Plant: Industrial Engineer (intern) January 2019 - June 2019
Project Topic: Offer Mikel’s proposals for the design of efficient production lines and with the ability to satisfy the required production levels as a senior project.
●Carry out an analysis of demand behavior, process times, operations diagram, flow diagram, layout proposal for the production line, and an aggregate production plan.
●Excel was used to realize the analysis for demand behavior, breakeven analysis and the master production scheduling. On the other hand, the diagrams were created in Microsoft Visio.
●Identify the dead times they had in the production of one of their products; which were a total of 10 minutes to propose solutions to eliminate said waste of minutes.
●Present to Mikel`s the solutions proposed to their production plant through a PowerPoint presentation.

●Propose solutions to attract potential donors to the United Surgeons Foundation by performing "CURA" Altruism.
●Propose tools in order to update their website, make videos and/or photos of testimonies, and thus make their cause known. As a result, they took those proposals into account.
Porco Rosso - Mexican Restaurant. (intern) January 2018 - June 2018
Project Topic: Find bottlenecks in customer service.
●Analyze time and movement,
●Utilized tools such as, Gantt, and route diagrams to analyze the customer service process. The diagrams were created in excel.
●As a result, the bottlenecks were found and were given improvement proposals.
