Achievements

In my position at Mobile Comp Tech, I was responsible for training employees, and helping clients use the Internet Café program. This led to my initiative of introducing and presenting a training program for Microsoft Office (entry level) to the public, as I felt there was a need in the market. I wrote the training manuals and presented workshops in my private capacity during weekends. I introduced customer service ratings at the same company that led to the improvement of dealing with clients as well as a reduction in the number of complaints.
