I was a server in a restaurant of a retirement home. I took the residents’ orders and brought them their meals. I learned about the importance of positive relationships while working here. I also learned patience by bring residents a different meal if they forgot what they ordered or changed their minds.

SHIFT LEADER, Biggby Coffee
I was responsible to oversee counting the money at the end of each shift, and make sure it was the proper amount. I also am responsible for dealing with any customer issues that may arise during the workday. I have learned and implemented leadership skills through training and working with new employees. I was a shift leader from July 2018 until my resignation. In that time, our stores sales increased by 20%. In the last three months of me working for Biggby, I trained five employees, four of which still working at the store when I left.

Door Dash Driver, Door Dash
I pick up and deliver food from various restaurants to people’s homes or work. If the store I am picking food up from does not have an item the customer wanted, I reach out to them and try to find an alternative. While doing Door Dash, my customer rating is 4.85 and I have delivered 98% of orders online or early.
