Role: SAP Warehouse Management Consultant

Boeing company(Aviall division), supplies and repairs airplane parts from 72 warehouses and ships around 4000 shipments per day.

Used Agile methodology to improve the delivey speed of projects and took the responsibility of part time scrum master.

Designed and configured EWM system for multiple projects like Cross docking for customer order and expedite stock transport orders, Aircraft Teardown, Chemical warehouse assembly optimization,Vertical Machine integration, Converting TierII warehouse to Tier 1A warehouse,GATP(Global availibility to pick) etc.

4.Pick by Wave- Create new handling unit and pick the warehouse task data to the handling unit. Incorperate all the exception process like short pick,split pick etc. Skip the Warehouse task or warehouse order as per the user request. Move the handling unit to the goods issue zone.

5.Close HU- Create new transportation unit if the wave linked to the handling unit is not assigned to any TU. Re-pack to new SSC18 handling unit where ever needed. Update handling unit with ID points from shipping stations and close the handling unit and print the required documents.
