CAREER SUMMARY

Responsibilities:-

Execute the work in line with the project schedule by referring the drawings and as per the project engineer instruction.

Responsible to implement the HSE process such as activity briefing, MSRA implementation, work permits, PPE availabilities etc.

Surveying and demarcation using dumpy level and total station for earth level, boundary lines, excavation, column and slab formwork etc. as per detail design drawing.

Assign task to the Forman and allocate manpower and material to accomplish the planned day to day task.

Monitor the works and update the progress to project engineer, assist the PE for forecasting material, manpower, Tools, crane, concrete etc.

Raise RFI and notify to the consultant Site engineer for inspection and acceptance.

Inspect the incoming materials rebar, concrete, steel structure etc. and implement the quality inspection and maintain the record. Delivery note, steel grade and dimension, bend and rust inspection, concrete workability and compression strength by slump cone test, compressive strength test. Fit out material specification etc.

Prepare redline drawing and submit to CAD operator for as built drawing.

Update daily time sheet to the Project Engineer.

Client & Project: Shivagiri Mutt, Construction of Commercial Museum for the Government of Kerala-India, Value of project is 40million INR.

Responsibilities:-

Site survey and sketching

Submitting the drawing for consultant approval and filing and forwarding the approved drawings to construction.

Prepare as built drawings and BOQ’s

Drawing and project documents recording as per the document control process.

Reviewing plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.

Provide work schedule and technical advice to in-house and sub-contractors.

Monitoring and supervising construction and inspect installations of systems, thorough inspection of all formwork, rebar installation, MEP installations and confirm it is in line with the approved drawing.

Prepare daily progress report and submit to project engineer.

Manpower planning, Supervise and administrate site work force and record time worked.

Raise RFI and coordinate with consultant for inspections and acceptance.

Provide inputs to project engineer for material planning and request for materials as per the progress of the work, inspect the material against the PO, delivery note, drawing specification etc. For quality and quantity.

Solving site day to day technical challenges and resource issues

Managed 50 plus labors including in house and subcontractors. Note: Worked one year in this project, Project was on hold midway of construction due to financial issues as the funding was from the central government to state government ACADEMIC PROJECT
