● Query physician for clarification when documentation is inadequate, ambiguous, or unclear for coding purposes.

● Communicating with co-workers, management, and hospital staff regarding clinical and reimbursement issues.

● Code for the diagnosis at most accuracy level with 98% quality. Transcription Specialities

● Transcribed operative reports, discharge summaries, pathology reports, progress notes, consultations, patient summaries/charts, and x-ray reports.

● Transcribing accurately, utilizing correct punctuation, grammar, and spelling and edits for inconsistencies.
