I matriculated in 2002 at Kagisho Comprehensive Secondary School. Volunteered at Tswellang Specialised School as the netball assistance coach and teaching basic computer skills. In 2003, I started working as a cashier at the local supermarket/ distributor and that is where I acquired customer service and learned competency and accountability on performing my duties. Later in 2004 I enrolled with Intec College to study basic Psychology and I finished the course in 2006. I then got a job at RAMSI
(Ramothello & Tsotetsi Attorneys) call centre doing both inbound and outbound in 2009 until 2011, and then in 2012 I registered at UNISA for social work honours degree, which I have completed in June 2020. While I was studying I worked at RTM (Real Telemarketing) call centre as a message converter from 2012 to 2013. I am good at multitasking, perform effectively under pressure and I am an open- minded kind of a person who is willing to learn from others and an efficient participant in teamwork.
