ALSAC (St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital), Memphis, TN Nov. 2018 - Apr. 2020 Instructional Designer Contractor (ended due to pandemic) Consulted with SMEs to create learning objectives and create interactive eLearning modules using Storyline for the following computer systems.

• Donor Management System - 11 simulation lessons, 1 gaming lesson, 3 assessments, 1 presentation video and 3 Quick Guides. Outlined content for other lessons waiting for decisions to be made on processes for the 3 businesses to become consistent.

• Project lead and final editor for the development of over 253 lessons, seven workbooks and over 2,000 help topics.

• Designed/developed online training to replace two weeks of classroom training, saving $3,500 per student. Also resulted in a 40% reduction in help desk calls.

• Project managed a team that designed Hilton’s loyalty program lessons that were translated into 14 languages. This resulted in 37% increase in enrollment.

• Improved Hilton Garden Inns Public Relations scores by adding social media.

• Created Hampton 100% Guarantee and CRM lesson which received 9.8 rating. Second level support for 1,500 online courses, Researched reports to identify and fix issues. Provided known issues and solutions for the help desk knowledge base.
