St. Bernard Soap Company (a subsidiary of VVF Ltd.) 2015-2019 St. Bernard Soap Company is the largest contract soap manufacturer in North America. With the capacity to make and pack more than 6 million bars of soap per day. The Company maintains business relationships with some of the largest consumer products companies in North America. Mergers and Acquisitions. Working with the CEO and CFO, orchestrated the sale of the business to a new private equity firm.

Director of Global Continuous Improvement (CI) and Supply Chain Strategy (2009-2011) Provided Lean leadership for Hill-Rom’s global $400M supply chain, including: developing vision, strategy, operating plans, training and lean deployment.

Directed the Lean transformation of the Batesville Manufacturing Campus – developed a new Final Assembly line for Hill-Rom’s largest revenue generating product line which increased throughput by 27%, reduced floor space by 56%, and decreased work in process (WIP) by 67%.
