Project: Sanction Screening – Fircosoft:
Description: This project’s objective is to control local and international transfers and filter these transactions to check if it is included in the sanction lists around the world, also to check all the parts of the transfer if it contains any suspicious, furthermore this project will convert all branches of Arab Bank around the world to be centralized and checked in Jordan with respect to money transfer systems.
Responsibilities: As I am the system and business owner of the system, I had the below responsibilities;
Prepare the required servers and coordinate preparation with the admins.
Provide the correct schedules for all the parts of projects including the branches all over the world.
Coordinate the tasks by Agile methodology.
Installation and configuration of the system.
Coordinate the budget.
Review with the vendor all the support plan.
Provide testing plan SIT, UAT and post production.
Generate the reports which includes defect logs, testing results, security assurance, schedule satisfaction, impact analysis and SRS.
General responsibilities in the bank:
· Banking application system support including ECC (Electronic cheque clearance), Automatic Clearance House ACH, Sanction screening application, and SWIFT archiving system.
