1) Design Engineer (2.5years experience)
Duration:August 2011 to Jan 2014.
Worked in GD DATA Center, Chennai. Deputed Engineer in Combat Vehicle Research and Development Establishment (CVRDE), DRDO, AVADI.
Responsibility:
• Before analyzing at Abaqus, Hypermesh is used to preprocess the model generated from the Pro-E. My responsibility includes meshing the solid model in order to reduce the errors so as to enable the smooth analysis in the Abaqus.
• After getting the meshed component, theanalysis is done for structural stress analysis from Abaqus.
• Solid Modeling of parts using Pro-E (Creo Element).
• Detailed engineering design drawings in 2D and 3D, preparation of bill of materials, engineering calculations.
• Involvement in Geometric dimensioning and tolerances.
2) Engineer (4 years experience)
Duration: March 2014 to April 2018.
Worked in SAKTHIVASANTHAM INDUSTRIES, KAKALLUR-602003.
Responsibility:
• Responsible for productivity and improvement
• To achieve daily and monthly production targets
• Responsible for maintaining safety at shop floor
• To provide on job training to operator as per skill level.
• Supervising day to day Activities of shop floor.
• Manpower planning as per production needs, supervising the team.
• Analysis breakdown and stoppage.
