AARTI INDUSTRIES LIMITED (Chemical plant for sulphuric, sulphonation, caustic lye) Pithampur Dhar (M.P) From Dec.-2011 To April-2015 (3.6 years ). As a post of Instrumentation Executive Engg.

RSPL LIMITED (Chemical plant for caustic, sulphuric, sulphonate) Pithampur Dhar (M.P.) From May-2015 To Jan-2018.

RSPL LIMITED (SODA ASH PROJET) Dwarka Gujrat From Feb-2018 to till now.

JOB RESPONSBILITY

Raw material handling system for soda ash, Caustic lye, Lime stone, salt etc.

Maintain all field instruments in chemical plant in sulphuric, Caustic flow, level,etc.

Handling the DCS,PLC, SCADA System (Rockwell, Allen Bradley, Yokogawa).

Troubleshooting of I/O’s Faults.

Maintain of Variable frequency drives (Allen Bradly, ABB VFD With HMI).

Maintenance and calibration of different type of Field Instruments (Temperature, Pressure, Level, Flow Transmitter & control valves and etc.).

Maintenance and calibration or validation of all plant instrument in the field side.

Maintain all instrumentation equipment SOP’s, preventive, shutdown maintenance documentation.

Knowledge on Maintenance & calibration of Level, Flow, Pressure & temperature Transmitters and Belt weigh feeders maintenance & Calibration.

Working on IMCC feeder.

Working on Ethernet, profibus and FO communication network.

Working on Weighing Systems like (Weigh Scales, Bins & Weigh bridges) maintenance & Calibration .

Working knowledge in SAP system.

INDUSTRIAL PROJECTS

Project-1 Dryer plant (ATFD)

Commissioning of PLC (SIMENS 300), VFD (ABB) And SCADA at the side Dhar Of AARTI INDUSTRIES LIMITED.

Installation of different type of Electrical And Instrumentation Panel.

Preparation and reading P&IDs of different section of the plant.

Installation of all kind off of filed instrument devices in the DRYER PLANT (AARTI INDUSTRIES LIMITED).

Project-2 Sulphonation plant

Commissioning of PLC (SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC), VFD (SCHNIDER ELECTRIC) And SCADA at the side PATNA UNIT of RSPL LIMITED PATNA Bihar.

Installation and working of cable tray, cabling over all plant.

Installation of different type of electrical and instrumentation panels (PLC, 600 KVA UPS etc.).

Preparation and reading P&IDs of different section of the plant (Sulfuric System, Alkali system, So3 Gas plant System, hydrolyser, neutralizer, reactor systems.)

Project-3 Soda Ash project

Currently working in instrumentation maintenance and commissiong of plant.
