· Provide comprehensive document control services for all Engineering Projects through Project Document Management System. In-charge of distribution of uncontrolled and controlled documents/ drawings
(transmittal incoming / outgoing), and make sure it reaches where it is supposed to.
· Ensure that the document and any other files submitted are approved by the appropriate superiors.
· Ensures all receive type of contract documents, correspondence, tender, legal and same are circulated to concerns recipients and departments
· Coordinates amongst the departments, tracking all pending correspondence by forwarding email follow up - weekly progress reports and notifying the involved for taking appropriate action.

A. GASCO IGD HABSHAN 5 – Process Plant (October 2010) Building of 5th Gas Processing Plant at Habshan Abu Dhabi. The Plant is a part of Abu Dhabi’s Integrated Gas Development (IGD) Project aims to increase the Emirates Offshore Gas Production
B. ADWEA ISTP1 Sewage Treatment BOOT Project (June 2008 - September 2010- KN is the main Contractor for the Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management. Build-Own-Operate-Transfer project, designed and built two treatment processes both Al Wathba and Al Saad Sewage Treatment Plants are similar.
C. Solid Waste Management Abu Dhabi (2006-2008).
BOT Contract awarded by Abu Dhabi Municipality, built in Al Mafraq. KN is providing the design and construction expertise for Architectural, Structural, Civil, MEP and Infrastructure Works, including sanitary landfills, an inert landfill, a green waste composting plant, the sorting plant at Al Mafraq and transfer stations disperse across the western region of Emirates Abu Dhabi.
