Social Media Marketing

For the past five years I have self-promoting on social platforms, such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Soundcloud, Twitch, and Wix. I have found what works and what does not work for certain times of the year, or even time of day. In 2015 I moved out of my childhood home and discovered my love for creating. Whether it was music or creating a social image for myself, I was working on this side of myself 24/7. When uploading to these sites I would do research on the best times of day to post certain content, as well as researching where to be posting that content to specifically. I find that different things work for different people, like developing a demographic on those sites. For example, I have spent hundreds of hours researching the algorithms of several different websites to find what would work for me, being a sing/songwriter, as well as someone who can take a good picture and post it to Instagram to bring them in to whatever it was I selling. Over time my page generated an upwards of 800+ likes and 3,000 followers. As far as YouTube goes, I have researched their constantly changing algorithm and have found ways to work around it.

YouTube Channel

In late 2016 I started a YouTube Channel specifically for promoting my singing career. I have always loved singing and was looking for a way to channel it to others so I can share it with everyone. YouTube is the perfect platform for what I am looking into pursuing as my career. I use my time off work to both grow and tweak my channel, to get it to the level I prefer.

My channel is currently generating upwards of 8,000+ views since I started making videos whenever I have down time.

Songwriting

Ever since I was three years old, I have written songs off all different genres. I find myself interested in speaking from the heart and soul, and now have over 300 songs written. Songwriting is something that I can honestly say I am skilled at, as it comes naturally to me. I write when bad things directly affect me or others around me, or positive happy things that I think about in my day. I really enjoy meeting new people and translating that into a song as well, I will also pull from my personal experiences as well.

Drawing & Painting

As of 2015 I started creating paintings on 8 x 10 canvases for myself based on my favorite characters in animations. In the midst of COVID-19 I started creating personalized digital designs and selling them to both my friends and those who followed my social media accounts.
