Coordinated with over 14 contractors, subcontractors, utilities companies, and big box operational management to accomplish an efficient, and timely shutdown due to the big box user working 24/7 and the shutdown had to be keep to at a minimum

● Richardson Blvd. Police Department, Sacramento, CA, Parking Structure construction and installation of 450 Watt solar system on top of parking structure. Oversaw the construction of the parking structures including wiring of combiners and inverters. Supervised the completion of asphalt repairs and minor punch list items. Maintained all onsite quality control and job safety. Project was completed timely to allow the contractor to receive the Federal and State rebates.

● Temporary Recruiting Agency – responsible for tenant improvements in the old WAMU banks to retrofit to the new Chase Bank’s motif. Coordinated all subcontractors and suppliers. Timeline to complete was 1 to 2 weeks for each bank tenant improvement which required working weekends and evenings while the bank was closed. When it required when subcontractors were not responsive to the timeline, I would perform the cleaning, sweeping, painting, electrical, carpentry work particularly in the punch list timeline to meet deadlines.

● Responsible for final design, buy out of subcontractors/vendors and construction of a 7 story hotel in Reno, NV. Interfaced with in-house estimators, architect and owners to efficiently perform value engineering, critical path scheduling and to assure all facets of the construction were covered by a subcontract or vendor agreement.

● County of San Joaquin, Work Net (Tenant); 52,000 SF two story tilt-up office building inclusive of Call/Data Center, parking lot and landscaping. Haz-mat soil found in initial stage of construction causing 4 month delay with Owner obtaining permits and removal of hazmat condition at an additional cost of $2.5m. Steel, glass and concrete price escalation of $300,000 before project was bought out. Value engineering and CPM changes saved $275,000 and completed within 1 week of original schedule. $7.7m

● Stockton Sheraton Hotel, 200,000 SF, 7 story building of mix use (first floor lobby, conference center, restaurant and bar, 2-4 floors Hotel and 5-7 floors high-end condos [40]) on 4 acres. PT concrete, steel stud frame, glass walls; 3 elevators, parking, landscaping, and signage. Coordinated with Public Agency during initial review and planning of their Fremont Street Improvements to limit any conflicts with this project. Initiated special turning lanes, islands, removed light pole from viewing area for additional savings. $44m

● Rite Aid, Mariposa, CA; 15,000 SF, single level commercial building, fast paced – 120 day schedule. Challenged with 8 week delay due to rain, snow and incomplete architectural plans that were not to specific Rite Aid requirements which necessitated continuous revisions as the project was built out.
