Maintained all onsite quality control and job safety. Project was completed timely to allow the contractor to receive the Federal and State rebates.

● Temporary Recruiting Agency – responsible for tenant improvements in the old WAMU banks to retrofit to the new Chase Bank’s motif. Coordinated all subcontractors and suppliers. Timeline to complete was 1 to 2 weeks for each bank tenant improvement which required working weekends and evenings while the bank was closed. When it required when subcontractors were not responsive to the timeline, I would perform the cleaning, sweeping, painting, electrical, carpentry work particularly in the punch list timeline to meet deadlines.

Steel, glass and concrete price escalation of $300,000 before project was bought out. Value engineering and CPM changes saved $275,000 and completed within 1 week of original schedule. $7.7m
● Stockton Sheraton Hotel, 200,000 SF, 7 story building of mix use (first floor lobby, conference center, restaurant and bar, 2-4 floors Hotel and 5-7 floors high-end condos [40]) on 4 acres. PT concrete, steel stud frame, glass walls; 3 elevators, parking, landscaping, and signage. Coordinated with Public Agency during initial review and planning of their Fremont Street Improvements to limit any conflicts with this project. Initiated special turning lanes, islands, removed light pole from viewing area for additional savings. $44m
● Rite Aid, Mariposa, CA; 15,000 SF, single level commercial building, fast paced – 120 day schedule. Challenged with 8 week delay due to rain, snow and incomplete architectural plans that were not to specific Rite Aid requirements which necessitated continuous revisions as the project was built out.
