ABOUT ME
Being a son of immigrants from Mexico has given me the desire to work hard and always give my full effort. My dad has given me knowledge and passion for cooking. I am excited to pursue work in the culinary field and hope to one day become a full-time chef.

Directly worked for a Chef de Cuisine and Sous Chefs. Worked in the back of house preparing food, salsas, and backups. Also working on the line on Grill, Fryer, and Tortilla Stations.

Works in the kitchen preparing prime meats using butchering and knife skills as well as a meat slicer. Makes marinates and delivers orders to servers.
