Phone Organization System Project – There was a business need to add new handsets on the Website. Previously, the content was hard-coded on the JSP pages. We elaborated a system using Java classes and XML that dynamically managed the content. The change resulted in a reduction of more than 200 pages. Billing Platform Project – To prevent customer abandonment of service, the business set a project called Billing Platform. The system allows customers to enroll in recurring billing purchase of airtime that they called “Value Plans”.
